Anthropic's Claude 3.5 Haiku model is now deprecated on Google's Vertex AI platform and will be completely shut down on July 5, 2026. Users have approximately 6 months to migrate to alternative models before service discontinuation. This affects any applications or workflows currently relying on Claude 3.5 Haiku through Vertex AI.
